Our employees and specialized teams play a part in the concrete implementation of our environmental policy. Our commitment extends to our partner companies, whom we support in their continuous improvement initiatives.

Dassault Aviation has signed international commitments on fair competition and ethical practices (Common Industry Standards, Global Principles) and the United National Global Compact, which promotes ten fundamental principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.

As an industrial player, we implement our Corporate Social Responsibility approach at both local and international levels. Within this framework, the 2018 – 2020 HSE policy supports the objective of reaching the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

As part of our “Leading Our Future” transformation plan, the upgrading of our industrial system takes into account environmental criteria such as resource consumption, use of chemical products, emissions to air and water, and waste production.

Watch the interviews with Bruno Stoufflet, Innovation Director at Dassault Aviation, and Frédéric Lerm, Senior Executive Vice President, Industrial Operations, who tell us about the company’s research and innovations for the environment.

Since 2008, for example, with Clean Sky 1 and 2, we have been working with around twenty major partners from seven European countries towards a goal of reducing aircraft fuel consumption, gas emissions, and noise pollution by nearly 50%.

As a member of the French Civil Aviation Research Council (CORAC), our contributions–such as the composite wings demonstrator, more electric aircraft, and production processes for factory of the future–are of interest to the entire industry.
