Reflecting our income distribution policy, Group employees will receive a payout of €187 million in profit-sharing and incentive payments, including specific correlated social tax, versus the minimum legally mandated payout of €38 million.
Due to the Covid-19 crisis, the Board of director cancelled, on April 1st 2020, its Dividend proposal (€ 212 M were initially proposed by the board of directors held on February 26th 2020). As the General meeting approved this proposal, no dividend was paid in 2020.
