Using a formula that is very popular in the world of startups, the first Dassault Aviation Innovathon took place on the weekend of September 22, 23 and 24, organized with the support of the agency BeMyApp.
In the wonderful location of Zalthabar in Levallois-Perret, developers, designers, marketers, startups and sponsors worked on the topic “48 hours to enhance the Falcon customer experience.”
This required producing a prototype to find the ideal solution to make traveling an unforgettable experience and provide operators and crews with solutions to anticipate needs and desires.
At the end of the competition, on September 24, the jury, composed of seven members, deliberated before announcing the results.
Eric Trappier, Chairman and CEO of Dassault Aviation, awarded first prize to the four members of the Faster Falcon Coach project. They put forward a digital cabin guide with several levels to help passengers and the cabin crew use the cabin. They were offered incubation for two months to turn their solution, still in the prototype phase, into a design.
Congratulating them, Eric Trappier highlighted that: “Remaining inquisitive and inventive will ensure progress for tomorrow’s world.”
The Innovathon launched a participative innovation process, based on the collective intelligence and creativity of all participants. Through this experience, they discovered how to defend an idea, work together, create a network of skills, use creative methods, generate prototypes, and more.
