As part of the 20th Childhood Dreams Tour, the Chevaliers du ciel (“Knights of the sky”) association are presenting the comic book entitled Rêves de gosse (“Childhood dreams”).
For 20 years, the Chevaliers du ciel association has been traveling throughout France to enable “extraordinary” children (with a disability or illness, or socially disadvantaged) to make one of their dreams come true: flying with experienced pilots.
Through fiction, the comic book allows you to find out about the history of the association and its values of mutual support, solidarity and sharing.
This comic book whisks us away to discover the story of Léo who lives on the 16th floor with his parents and brother. His childhood dream is to fly. So when he looks at the sky and spots a plane passing through the clouds, he imagines himself at the controls… But when you are stuck in a wheelchair, the dream seems fatally flawed…
