Solidarity meals for Hospital

Since the beginning of the confinement, the team in the Dassault Aviation canteen at Saint-Cloud has been reduced to 10% of the usual staff. It provides lunches for the employees present on the site and also prepares around 60 meals a day, including Saturday and Sunday, for the Foch hospital in Suresnes (France).

Since mid-March, more than 2,000 complete, varied and balanced meals have thus been offered to doctors and nurses who fight covid-19 with admirable dedication.

These meals, designed to be easy to transport and reheat, complete the hospital’s catering offer to its nursing staff, who cannot always stop during normal working hours and take lunch breaks “when they can”.

This wonderful initiative was set up on the initiative of the catering team itself, which is keen to contribute to the fight against the pandemic with its everyday weapons: culinary talent, a sense of service, responsiveness and a modern facility under strict health control. An operation in keeping with the Dassault spirit and which is a credit to the entire company.
