Like every year at the same time, the Patrouille de France Alpha Jets are stopping off in the iconic town of the pink granite coast.
This is a classic ending to the summer season in the Côtes d’Armor! In fact, this year the Patrouille de France will make its thirty-ninth flyover above the northern coast of Brittany for the performance! The line-up will include demonstrations by parachutists, training exercises, acrobatics as well as pilot displays.
Various sites are recommended for taking in the flyovers and other maneuvers by the tricolor Alpha Jets on August 27 and 28. These include Trestraou beach, of course, as well as the Pointe du Château, Trestrignel beach and the Sentier des douaniers hiking trail in Ploumanac’h.
It’s becoming a hugely popular attraction, if the crowds of recent years are anything to go by, where between 60,000 and 80,000 people have attended the show!
