This Friday, June 20, 2025, the Hanvol association will be organizing a “Handicap & Emploi” day to promote the integration of disabled people in the aeronautical industry.

Accompanied by France Travail advisors, 50 job-seekers undergoing retraining will be welcomed at the show. Meetings on the Dassault Aviation stand will enable them to exchange views with the Diversity Manager and professionals who will talk about their career paths and how the disability policy has helped them to carry out their activities under suitable conditions. In the afternoon, recruiters will take part in the job dating organized for jobseekers interested in our recruitment offers, which will take place at the Gifas international chalet.

Hanvol helps disabled young people and adults undergoing vocational retraining to find or rediscover employment in the aeronautics, space and aviation industries. The association offers an original scheme designed to select and prepare candidates for work-study schemes lasting several months to several years with member companies.

Set up in 2010 on the initiative of GIFAS, Dassault Aviation and 5 other companies in the sector, with the support of AGEFIPH, the association now has 17 member companies, and has opened up to the air transport professions with the membership of FNAM, Fédération Nationale de l’Aviation et de ses Métiers.

Throughout the week, you can also discuss the association’s scheme and the inclusion policies of companies in the sector on the Hanvol stand, at the Avion des métiers, in Hall Concorde.
