Our relations with the academic world actively help to develop the company’s global “employment” policy upstream from recruitment.
These relations are built on 4 principles:
promoting Dassault Aviation as an example of success for:
– “governing bodies” of schools and administrative organisations,
taking part in training to direct career paths towards the real needs of aeronautics firms;
attracting people to our business lines and to the aeronautics industrial fabric;
fostering better knowledge of career paths within Dassault Aviation to optimize and diversify recruitment (jobs, placements …) so as to constantly enhance our human resources.

As a real tool of our Academic Relations policy, our partnership actions take several forms.
Every year, Dassault Aviation offers about 500 placements in all of the company’s activities for students preparing a vocational training qualification and under graduates studying in top schools, or university.
