Support teams can rely on a network of 52 service centers, nine of which are company-owned, strategically located around the globe. This network has been considerably expanded over the past two years.
The aim of Falcon Customer Service is to offer customers the most extensive support network of any business aircraft manufacturer to increase the flexibility of the centers and to constantly reduce aircraft downtime.
These facilities offer maintenance, repair and overhaul services, as well as comprehensive support for aircraft systems, avionics and engines. Some of them also have Go Teams – technicians ready to deploy on short notice to the AOG location with the tools and spares needed to get a Falcon back in the air in the shortest possible time.
