This Thursday, June 19, Dassault Aviation professionals from a variety of professions will be welcoming middle school, high school and university girls, as part of initiatives organized with our partners:

  • The Elles Bougent association will be inviting 200 girls from all over France to discover aeronautical companies and careers at the show.
  • The Aérométiers association, via its “Féminisons les métiers de l’aéro” label, will be accompanying 30 female students from IPSA, the ISAE group and the Lycée Aristide Briand (93) to exchange views with professionals who contribute to the challenges of defense through their work.

These initiatives aim to deconstruct gender stereotypes associated with the aerospace and defense industry.

The aim is clear: to pave the way for a more gender-balanced industry in which female talent has its rightful place.

The Aérométiers stand, at the Avion des métiers in Hall Concorde, is also the place to discuss gender diversity and the commitment of companies in the sector throughout the week.
