Dassault Aviation was a partner in the eighth national edition of DuoDay, held on Thursday, November 20, 2025. The initiative was part of the 29th edition of European Disability Employment Week, which took place from November 17 to 23 (SEEPH).
With 33 professional pairs—people with disabilities—the 2025 DuoDay event provided an opportunity to discover many talents and advise them on their career plans.
In total:
Seven major job categories and their working environments were presented: Production, Purchasing, Human Resources, Quality & Environment, Information Systems, Customer Service, and Design & Testing.
Eight of our establishments were involved: Biarritz, Mérignac, and Poitiers (Nouvelle-Aquitaine); Istres (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur); Argonay (Auvergne Rhône-Alpes); Seclin (Hauts-de-France); Cergy and Saint-Cloud (Île-de-France).
