From March 9 to 27, an awareness campaign focused on diversity in the workplace took place at Dassault Aviation’s nine facilities in France: “Together for Diversity – At work, it’s talent that counts!”

The campaign kicked off with an opening lecture titled “Remixing Diversity for the Benefit of Everyone” by Patrick Scharnitzky, a doctor of social psychology specializing in diversity and stereotypes.

Over the course of three weeks, activities led by diversity ambassadors were organized using informational materials that addressed topics such as stereotypes and gender diversity in the workplace. At the same time, the “Our Jobs Have Many Faces” profiles were widely shared within the company and featured on the intranet homepage.

Finally, a closing conference titled “Taking Action for Gender Diversity with Elles bougent” was held, featuring Valérie Brusseau, President of the Elles bougent association, of which Dassault Aviation is a long-standing partner.

Being vigilant against stereotypes, combating sexist behavior, and discussing measures to further promote gender diversity were among the topics addressed during this 2026 awareness campaign.
