Here’s a work on the tricolor armed deployment signed by an Air and Space painter, highlighting France’s role in the Indo-Pacific region. Attention art lovers…
For this work by the Air & Space artist Lapin, we’re heading for the antipodes! The artist has decided to delve into the inner workings of the French Air and Space Force in action in the Indopacific, thousands of kilometers from Paris.
The result is a meticulous reconstruction of the Pegasus mission, including the deployment activities of the Rafale and other A330 MRTT Phénix and A400M Atlas aircraft in this part of the world. From bases in France to Darwin (Australia), via the United Arab Emirates and Singapore. Lapin’s drawings are the fruit of an in-depth immersion in the French Air Force and Space Corps, and also go into great detail about Operation Pitch Black, which brought together the air forces of some 20 countries and involved more than 140 aircraft. In short, the long reconstruction of a veritable armada, both French and international, which should delight fans of aviation and drawings.
