From July 1 to 6, 2025, don’t miss the Aérofestival de Villeneuve-sur-Lot, an event with an unusual format.
Just one week! That’s how long this major aeronautical event in the Lot-et-Garonne region lasts, including an aerobatic contest and an airshow, both at the highest level.
It all starts with training and the opening ceremony in downtown Villeneuve-sur-Lot. The aerobatic competition kicks off on Wednesday and ends three days later, with different entertainment on each evening (open-air cinema, bodega evening, etc.). On Saturday, the last day of the competition, the prize-giving ceremony precedes a garden party and concert.
On Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., it’s time for the big air show, with a Rafale patrol from the French Air Force, the French Air Force aerobatic team, a freestyle competition in single-seater aerobatics, a demonstration by the Patrouille Coyote, another by three Socata TB30 Epsilons, and many other demonstrations, each more spectacular than the last! Not to mention the stands and other entertainment on the ground.
