The French Air Force and Space ambassadors head for Normandy for the Trouville-sur-Mer meeting (Calvados) on Sunday, July 27.
After the beaches and temperatures of the South (Gruissan and Palavas-les-Flots, in particular), the ambassadors of the Armée de l’Air et de l’Espace are heading for higher latitudes with this visit to Normandy! From the beaches of the tranquil seaside resort of Trouville-sur-Mer, Deauville’s “little sister”, holidaymakers and year-round residents alike will be able to admire the exploits of the Rafale Solo Display, the Alpha Jets of the Patrouille de France and the Armée de l’Air et de l’Espace aerobatic team.
Open to all, the festivities will start at 4 p.m., and will be accompanied on the ground by concerts and the traditional stands and activities that mark the Ambassadors’ visit. At their last meeting in 2023, the Ambassadors drew a crowd of some 70,000. Let’s hope that attendance will be just as high in 2025!
