A highly diverse spring issue of the #1 model airplane magazine! For this 170th issue of the bimonthly publication, the editorial team has put together a truly varied lineup. We start with the model kits, including that of the Mirage F.1BE, which is unique in having a swept-wing design instead of a delta wing. Although it was withdrawn from service in France after production ceased in the early 1990s, it remains in service in a few African countries.

Staying with the “Made in France” theme, we move on to the Nieuport Ni-11 fighter (nicknamed “Bébé Nieuport”), whose contribution in 1916 against the German Fokker is well established (on the cover). Next up is the S.2B Buccaneer (in 1/48 scale, which takes center stage on the cover), a British aircraft of which some 200 were built between the 1960s and 1980s.

Also in this issue, the editorial team presents a fascinating feature on model aircraft from film and television, including some from the “James Bond” film franchise and the series “Sky Knights.” As for the rest of the magazine, don’t miss the features, new releases, detailed reviews, or the sections dedicated to books and accessories. Enjoy the read!
