To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War, the town of Menton will be hosting a short airshow in early August 2025, which will delight holidaymakers and locals alike.

Between a relaxing break on the beaches, an outing to the Serre de la Madone, a stroll along the seafront admiring the houses with their colorful facades, a visit to the shady parts of the medieval old town home to the Basilica of Saint-Michel or the Chapelle des Pénitents, you’re sure to want to take an hour or two to admire the azure blue sky?

Because on August 3, 2025, from 4 p.m. onwards, the skies over Menton will be the scene of a blue-white-red ballet that should delight young and old alike! On this day, spectators, whether aficionados or not, will be able to admire a demonstration by the Alpha Jets of the Patrouille de France and another by the aerobatic team of the French Air Force.

On the ground, the Armée de l’Air et de l’Espace store will also be present (from August 1 to 3), with events for the general public and other aviation-related stands. A perfect start to August on the French-Italian border!

Menton airshow. Sunday August 3, 2025, from 4pm. Promenade du Soleil, 06500 Menton.
