On June 14 and 15, aeronautics fans will be heading for the “Far West”! The Plomodiern airshow is organized by the Sourire de Mômes association, which works to “improve the daily lives of sick children by financing technical aids and making their dreams come true”. Each year, the association organizes one or more events (evenings, rides, meetings, etc.) to raise funds for the purchase of equipment to facilitate the mobility of disabled children. Its last meeting took place in 2023.

As far as the flight plan is concerned, here’s what spectators can expect in 2025. On the ground, over an area of 6 hectares, visitors will be able to visit stands from the armed forces and road safety, attend model exhibitions and presentations, test immersive simulators, admire some 150 classic cars, listen to Breton music, dine on local produce… And for children, the organizers are announcing the setting up of inflatable games for safe fun.

In the skies on Sunday, a Morane MS. 760, a Breguet 105001 Alizé, a Rafale Marine, the Alpha Jets of the Patrouille de France, a Falcon 10, a Fouga OM 175 Zephyr, a Yakovlev Yak 52, plus various helicopters (notably the Alouette II) and parachuting demonstrations. In short, a great line-up to combine business with pleasure!
