The Roanne Airshow (Loire department) returns on September 13 and 14, 2025, for its 51st edition, reflecting the city’s strong aeronautical roots.
With 300 volunteers and 20,000 spectators expected, the Roanne air show is making a comeback two years after celebrating its 50th anniversary. Organized by the Inter-Club Aéronautique du Roannais (which brings together seven member clubs), this year’s event offers a high-level program and lineup.
Judge for yourself: the Alpha jets of the Patrouille de France, the Rafale Solo Display, the Cessna 170, the Tracker T-24, the Breguet Alizé, the SH25, the Discus, a demonstration entitled “la Navette bretonne” (the Breton Shuttle) combining an MH-1521 Broussard and an electric MC-15 Cri-Cri, the Pipistrel Velis Electro, the Hawker Hunter, the Roanne Instructor Patrol, the iconic helicopters of the National Gendarmerie, the Fournier RF4, the French Giddy Team patrol and its Pioneer 300 microlights, among other exceptional aircraft in the sky!
On the ground, visit the presentation areas showcasing the professions of the Air and Space Force, the sales stands, the social areas, the catering facilities, and more. As you can see, everything is in place to make the 2025 edition of this biennial event an unforgettable experience!
