Dassault Aviation ranks second in the 2018 Randstad Awards, confirming the attractiveness of the aerospace sector for the 9th consecutive year as the professional sector appealing to the most French workers.
The Randstad Awards are based on an independent study, Randstad Employer Branding 2018, conducted online from November 15 to December 17, 2017. The survey was taken by a sample of 6,440 people aged 18 to 65, representative of the French population.
This study measures the attractiveness of 250 large companies on a national level (with more than 3,000 employees). The assessment focuses on about ten major attractiveness criteria, such as salary, job security, career opportunities, social responsibility, etc.
