On June 4, 2026, at the Air and Space Museum, ten female professionals from our company participated in the 5th edition of the “Let’s Bring More Women into the Aerospace Industry” event, organized by our partner Aérométiers.
Our 10 ambassadors from Dassault Aviation and Dassault Falcon Service shared insights into their daily work with several hundred elementary, middle, and high school students, as well as college students.
The day provided an opportunity to explore the wide variety of careers in design, production, and maintenance.
“I thought the only jobs were pilot or flight attendant,” says Ezra, a middle school student, “but it turns out there are so many careers I didn’t know about (…)”
The young participants met women with diverse backgrounds—some of which deviated from traditional paths—thereby demystifying certain career paths and broadening their horizons.
Corinne, a machine setter and sharpener at our Seclin facility for the past five years, adds:
“Back then, the temp agencies would tell me, ‘No, this isn’t for women—it’s a man’s world.’ (…) When I was 20 or 22, I chose a different career path.”
A story that illustrates the importance of continuing our efforts to raise awareness among younger generations.
