Watch the interview with Jean Kayanakis, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Falcon Customer Service & Service Center Network, describing the new aspects of civil support and the expansion of the DAS network worldwide.
The Falcon customer support network has been strengthened.
Our development strategy for Falcon support and customer experience management is being strengthened with the acquisition of the maintenance operations (MRO) of ExecuJet and TAG Aviation, announced early 2019. These two entities will consolidate our presence in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Middle East with 15 new locations, growing our network to 65 service stations.
In France, after the ramp-up of the new Dassault Falcon Service (DFS) site at Mérignac, with a capacity of six Falcon 8X aircraft, the modernization of the DFS facilities at Le Bourget will expand its maintenance capacity for the Falcon 7X and 8X.
A new logistics platform near Roissy-Charles de-Gaulle airport helps guarantee the efficiency of Falcon Response, our Aircraft On Ground (AOG) assistance service available 24/7.
