Course du cœur 2024: organ donation, a collective cause

The 2024 edition was another success for the Dassault Group team, which came first out of the fourteen participating companies.

A sporting success, of course, but also and above all a human one. The most important thing was to highlight the cause being defended: the gift of life, in particular through exchanges with runners who have received transplants and with the populations of the towns crossed.

To sum up this adventure, the team demonstrated a great collective spirit that enabled them to brave the various trials and the sometimes difficult conditions to cover the entire 750 km between Paris and Les Arcs.

Their sponsor, Bruno Chevalier, Senior Executive Vice President, Military Customer Support at Dassault Aviation, was an exceptional support throughout the event, helping the team to give their all by monitoring their progress on a daily basis and providing constant encouragement, which was much appreciated by the team members.

For Michaël, team captain: “The Course du cœur 2024 is above all a collective success for a cause that touches and concerns us all. The many exchanges with the transplanted runners present at the event are a strong testimony to this. Despite presumed consent, the rate of refusal by relatives is still too high in France, which is why it’s so important to find out what’s going on and talk to your loved ones about it.”

Well done to all the runners, who came back tired but with a sense of achievement… until 2025.
