Dassault Aviation wins first prize in the South-West Region category at the Elles Bougent Synergie-Campus Entreprises Awards

The Elles Bougent and Synergie Campus Entreprises associations have joined forces to launch the “Elles Bougent/Synergie Campus Entreprises” awards.

The Elles Bougent and Synergie Campus Entreprises associations have joined forces to launch the “Elles Bougent/Synergie Campus Entreprises” awards, aiming to:

  • Highlight the good practices of the 5,000 Elles Bougent female mentors and representatives all over France, and those of Synergie Campus Entreprises’ partner companies.
  • Inventory all the initiatives that have been introduced in the region and that could be replicated in another region.

The winning actions must meet several criteria, being:

  • Remarkable
  • Original
  • Innovative
  • Easy to replicate and affordable
  • Unifying
  • Educational
  • And meet objectives for diversity in companies

At the ceremony, which took place on July 2, 2019 in the internal courtyard of Arts et Métiers ParisTech (in the 13th arrondissement of Paris), 6 awards were given (one per region): North-West, North-East, South-West, South-East, Ile-de-France (Paris region), and French Overseas Territories. The awards were presented by the presidents of the two associations: Marie-Sophie Pawlak for Elles Bougent and Xavier Bais for Synergie Campus Entreprises.

A 6-person team from Dassault Aviation composed of a mix of male and female members – Anne-Céline (Mérignac), Sandra (Mérignac), Grégoire (Saint-Cloud), Virginie (Mérignac), Joëlle (Saint-Cloud), and Marine (Saint-Cloud) – received first prize in the South-West Region category, for their “Les Bulles de la Mixité” project (a comic competition organized as part of our latest awareness campaign on “gender equality at work”).
