FalconWays, winner of the Aviation Week Laureate Award

Dassault Aviation was presented with the highly prestigious “Aviation Week Laureate Award” at a ceremony held in Washington on March 14.

Dassault Aviation was presented with the highly prestigious “Aviation Week Laureate Award” at a ceremony held in Washington on March 14.

The prize, awarded to the FalconWays application in the business aviation category, was presented on behalf of Dassault Aviation to Carlos Brana, Senior Executive Vice President, Civil Aircraft. This flight path optimization software makes it possible to select the best route and reduce fuel consumption.

According to Éric Trappier, “Our new flight app, FalconWays, is part of our company’s broader commitment to promoting sustainable aviation. It allows Falcon customers to achieve a new threshold of operational efficiency while reducing aviation emissions levels.”

FalconWays is available for the Falcon 6X and will soon be extended to the Falcon 8X, 7X and 2000LXS/S.
