A spectacular start to the season south of Paris! On September 5 and 6, 2026, don’t miss the Air Legend air show at the Melun-Villaroche airfield. A must-see event of the season.
For the 2026 edition of the Air Legend air show, be sure to mark your calendars for September 5 and 6, 2026. Each morning, visit the aircraft parking area and meet the speakers and crews. And if you’re among the luckiest and quickest, you might be able to take advantage of the “aircraft park tour” option, which gives you access to the cockpits of several aircraft!
Introductory flights will also be offered aboard several aircraft: Fouga, DC-3, helicopters, vintage aircraft… There will be just as much to see in terms of reenactments, featuring the “Flight Nurses” (female pilots from 1939–1945), a WAVES camp, and scenes depicting life on an air base in 1942. On the ground, there will also be exhibits and meet-and-greets with comic book authors, notably those from Paquet Publishing, such as Romain Hugault, Lucio Perinotto, and Olivier Dauger.
In the air, there will be a packed lineup featuring the following aircraft: a Mirage 2000D, the Patrouille de France and its Alphajets (September 5 only), the B-17 Flying Fortress, the Rafale Marine, the Stampe SV-4C (on static display), the PBY-5A Catalina, the F-86 Sabre, the Beech 18, the P-51D Mustang, the Douglas DC-3, the A-26C Invader, the Beechcraft D17S Staggerwing, and many more!
