On September 26 and 27, the city of Carcassonne (in the Aude department) will host the “Des Étoiles et des Ailes” air show, an event focused on entrepreneurship and professional integration.
300 trainee pilots, more than 45 partners, and over 20,000 people expected to attend… The 2026 edition of the “Des Étoiles et des Ailes” air show is scheduled for September 26 and 27. Organized by the association of the same name, the event highlights businesses, featuring numerous booths designed to inspire career aspirations, launch prestigious careers, help attendees decide on career paths, and develop skills… While children, teenagers, and adults of all ages explore the many career-focused booths (including the Aviation Careers and Employment Forum), aircraft will be flying overhead in the skies above this medieval town in Languedoc.
Thus, the Pioneer Team, the Rafale Solo Display, the Tracker T-24, the North American T-28 Trojan, the Dash 8 Milan, the Extra 260, the Douglas C-53D, the Yakovlev Yak-50, the French Air Force Aerobatics Team, Wingwalker Danielle, the Tranchant Aerobatic Team, and the Epsilon Team will all be on hand to deliver a world-class show over the course of two days—with around 100 aircraft expected to participate.
