A major up-and-coming aviation event in the region, the “Donne-toi des ailes” air show, organized by the Franche-Comté Aero Club, will take place this year on Sunday, July 5.
For such a young air show, it’s safe to say they’re pulling out all the stops! Having become a must-see aviation event in the Dole region (in the Jura department), the “Donne-toi des ailes” airshow certainly isn’t shy about spreading its wings… In fact, even though this is only its third edition, the event boasts a program that’s both daring and comprehensive. See for yourself.
On the ground, there will be a static display of the Rafale, a Mirage 2000 simulator, a Mirage F1 simulator, a display of the four-seat PA-28, and another of the FK-12 biplane. Not to mention the various booths, partner clubs, and food courts.
In the air, the action will be top-notch as well! Highlights include the Rafale Solo Display, the A400M Atlas, the Phénix team, aerobatic demonstrations, the iconic T-6 Texan, the Cap 10 biplane, the FK-12 Comet, the Fouga Magister, the DC-3, the Luscombe (a 1930s monoplane), and many more, including skydiving demonstrations that are sure to amaze young and old alike.
