The duo of story writers Vincent Brugeas (author) and Thomas Legrain (illustrator) present the second volume of “The Regiment”, a comic book describing the early raids led by the Special Air Service (SAS).

Following on directly from the first successful and well-researched volume, in this second work we once again meet the Scotsman David Stirling, the Irishman “Paddy” Mayne, and the Australian Jock Lewes, founders in 1941 of the SAS, the famous Special Forces unit of the British armed forces.

After intensive training and an initial mission conducted in difficult conditions, from the end of 1941 onwards the SAS was successfully conducting reconnaissance missions on the African front. It is now time to carry out the first raids on German airfields…
