Part of the permanent display as of this year, this vertical take-off Mach 2 aircraft can be seen alongside the Mirage G8-01 in hall 7.

The Mirage III V, ordered by the DTIA in 1961, is currently the only vertical take-off and landing aircraft in the world to have exceeded Mach 2.

The Air and Space Museum welcomes guests year round from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This is an opportunity to discover the historic planes that shaped aviation heritage worldwide.
