The large-scale Vendée Air Show will take place on Sables D’Olonne beach from 3 pm to 6 pm on Sunday June 2, 2019, introducing visitors to the world of aeronautics and wowing them with breathtaking air displays.
This year’s program includes successive presentations of different aircraft. Spectators on the ground can watch the Patrouille de France national display team and its tricolored Alpha Jets, the Air Force’s aerobatics team, as well as the Rafale Solo Display.
You will also have the opportunity to encounter prominent figures from the world of aviation, and to see rare aircraft during the solo and formation flying displays.
The Vendée Air Show promises some highlights! The Rafale Solo Display will showcase the skills of the Air Force pilots. Top Gun Voltige, specialist in aerobatics, will also put on a dynamic display behind the controls of the L-39 Albatros. The Casques de Cuir (Leather Helmets) will also take to the skies at the controls of the F4U-5N Corsair, a rare aircraft in Europe making a special appearance at the event. You can also expect a top performance from the REVA display team and its acrobatic flights.
