Following a spectacular 2025 event that broke all records with over 160 aircraft in attendance, the major gathering of classic tailwheel aircraft known as “Traîne-Queue” is making a grand return in 2026 to celebrate its 22nd edition on the weekend of June 20–21 in the Charolais region at the Paray-le-Monial airfield (LFGN).
Over the years, this event has established itself as a fixture on the European aviation scene while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere centered around this shared passion. The 2026 edition is already shaping up to be a standout, featuring a wide variety of aircraft—from the tiny Jodel to the Broussard—with crews coming from France and neighboring countries such as Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, and England.
