Duty of Care

Dassault Aviation is an innovative industrial architect which, through its expertise, contributes to the sustainable economic development of stakeholders in a dynamic world.

With its Code of Ethics and decision to support the UN Global Compact in 2003, Dassault Aviation affirmed its commitment in this area very early on. It was with this in mind that Dassault Aviation implemented French Law No. 2017-399 dated March 27, 2017 regarding corporate due of care.

In this perspective, Dassault Aviation drawn up a Group-wide vigilance plan to assess the risks of serious breaches in the areas of the environment, occupational health and safety, human rights and fundamental freedoms. The plan covers all suppliers with whom the Group has an established business relationship The effectiveness of this due diligence is based on mapping human/environmental risks and assessing suppliers which whom Dassault Aviation expects to have a business relationship.
