Dassault Aviation places business ethics at the core of its activities and is committed to conducting its operations with integrity.

Executive management ensures the effective implementation of measures to prevent and detect breaches of integrity, in compliance with the requirements of the law of December 9, 2016, known as the “Sapin 2” law.

GOVERNANCE COMMITMENT

  • Implementation of integrity risk prevention and detection policies through an independent department (Ethics & Compliance Department), reporting directly to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

ANTI-CORRUPTION CODE

  • Adoption of an Anti-Corruption Code defining rules applicable to all employees, with practical examples illustrating prohibited conduct.

CORRUPTION RISK MAPPING

  • A structured document identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing integrity risks across business units, based on relevant activities and geographical areas, using risk scenarios.

THIRD-PARTY DUE DILIGENCE

  • Assessment of third-party integrity (primarily customers, suppliers, and partners) based on risk profiles, with the implementation of appropriate risk mitigation measures.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING

  • Awareness training for all employees
  • Targeted training for higher-risk employees
  • Deployment of dedicated tools (e-learning, case studies, etc.)

INTERNAL CONTROL

  • Control procedures for the anti-corruption framework
  • Internal controls covering sites, international offices, and subsidiaries of the Group

INTERNAL WHISTLEBLOWING SYSTEM

  • An internal reporting mechanism available to employees, enabling confidential and impartial reporting of any situation inconsistent with the Group’s integrity principles
