Dassault Aviation has made progress this year in the survey conducted by Universum, a firm specialized in employer branding. For the past decade, our company has been in the Top 10 of companies favored by students at engineering schools.
In the latest Universum 2022 ranking of the ideal employers for engineering school students, all fields combined, Dassault Aviation ranks fourth in the panel of the 100 most attractive employers evaluated by engineering students, one place higher than in 2020.
This result demonstrates the effectiveness of the actions taken in vocational and higher education to pass on our knowledge and know-how alongside teachers, to present the aeronautics professions in general and Dassault Aviation in particular, to promote our specific features in terms of products, services, technologies and challenges. And above all, to promote and appreciate our values, which are centered on the integration and development of our employees, all of whom share a passion for aeronautics, a sector that is highly prized by young engineers.
Once again this year, Dassault Aviation is ranked 18th among the top employers in the IT 2022 ranking, three places higher than in 2021, for the 3,610 future IT graduates surveyed.
