On May 14, 2023, at Eastern France’s first major air show of the year, see some unmissable displays, featuring the Patrouille de France and demonstrations by the French Air Force, among others.
Organized by the very active Pays de Montbéliard flying club, this air show is joining this season’s line-up of classic family events, taking place over one day. In addition to the usual activities (food trucks, exploration, raffle, a range of varied activities particularly aimed at little ones, etc.), the event will offer several first-rate shows.
The entertainment includes Warbirds on display (aircraft from World War II) and demonstrations by the French Air Force’s aerobatics team, led by Captain Alexandre Orlowski, and the equally prestigious parachute team.
Lastly, and most likely to be the highlight of the show, there will be a demonstration by the Patrouille de France of its coveted Alpha jets, which should delight both young and old. For organizational purposes, and for the “safety reasons” defined by the organizing committee, spectators must obtain their tickets in advance and respect their selected time slot. On-site sales are subject to remaining ticket availability.
