In accordance with the law of March 21, 2022, and Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of October 23, 2019, on the protection of whistleblowers, Dassault Aviation provides its employees with an internal reporting procedure. It enables reporting—via a hotline and dedicated email—of any misconduct, including integrity breaches, criminal offenses, health and safety issues, human rights and environmental concerns.

Reports are handled confidentially and impartially by the Ethics & Compliance Department, which operates independently and coordinates internal investigations in France and internationally.
