Duty of Vigilance

Dassault Aviation adopts an ethical approach and integrates environmental, social, and governance considerations into its operations, particularly in supply chain management.

In this context, Dassault Aviation is implementing the law of March 27, 2017, on corporate due diligence, as well as Directive (EU) 2024/1760 of June 13, 2024, known as “CS3D.”

A Group-wide due diligence plan is deployed to identify, prevent, and mitigate risks of severe impacts relating to the environment, health and safety, human rights, and fundamental freedoms.

This framework relies notably on human rights and environmental risk mapping, as well as supplier due diligence prior to entering into business relationships

The Ethics & Compliance Department conducts audits in France and abroad to ensure compliance with the Group’s policies.
