Personal Data & AI

Dassault Aviation conducts its business in compliance with personal data processing regulations, in accordance with the 2016 European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.

Dassault Aviation maintains comprehensive internal documentation regarding its processing of personal data and ensures compliance with its legal obligations. The Group limits the use of such data to what is strictly necessary and guarantees a high level of protection for all data subjects.

Dassault Aviation has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for ensuring compliance with these obligations.

Furthermore, Dassault Aviation is committed to the responsible use of artificial intelligence, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of June 13, 2024, on artificial intelligence, known as the “AI Act.”

Through an AI Governance Committee, the Group ensures that AI systems are developed and used in an ethical, controlled, and secure manner, while respecting fundamental rights. Employee awareness initiatives are conducted to this end.
